When teammate concept is combined with the concept of co-working, much success can be achieved. What’s learned through sailing will reflect onto work enviroment as increased efficiency in leadership, communication and teamwork. Unique experiences gained through direct application during these team races referred to as “Team Challenge”, that we offer as Istanbul Sailing Academy, will produce highly affirmative and long lasting effects, due to the evaluation process of individual and team potentials tested in a completely foreign enviroment. No activity other than sailing, which is an exclusive experience to bring out individual characteristics and their communication styles, have been able to reflect team spirit in such an effective manner. As Istanbul Sailing Academy, our full day program of “Team Challenge” races focus on teamwork that provides participants to sail on a pre-determined route in open sea accompanied by our professional instructors.
Once our professional instructors brief the participants that gather on the event boat in the morning, we head towards the race area close to the islands. As one round of participants take their places on our G 6.20 sailboats and race in between themselves, other participants on the event boat, which is anchored close to the race course, have the opportunity to comfortably watch the race and enjoy the sun along with the open buffet. According to the number of participants or specially requested by your company, we may also set up an event tent at Kalamış Marina. During the apres-sail party that takes place at the end of the day, as corresponding cups are presented to the winning participants, we have the opportunity to celebrate the joy, excitement and efficiency experienced througout the day, thus once again reinforce team spirit.
