Within this highly effective training program, our professional instructors collaborating with ABC Consulting, will begin the day by mentally detaching your team members from their work environment and preparing them for an exciting day on sea, during which we target to enhance team spirit as well as individual attributes in areas of crisis management, rapid decision making, trouble shooting, problem solving, teamwork and motivation, which are already existing concepts within the nature of sailing.
Additionally, one exceptional privilege that only we can offer as Istanbul Sailing Academy, is our availability to be able to execute our Sail Teamwork training program anywhere along the coastlines of Turkey.
